Licensed chauffeur companies carry our passengers. Before they receive any work, their licences, documents, insurance and vehicles go through approval, and they stay under continuing compliance checks afterwards. Somebody has to run that, and run the live day alongside it.
This role is in Stockholm, on the ground, because that is the only market we hold a transport licence for.
What you would do
- Vet and onboard chauffeur partners: documents, licences, insurance, vehicles
- Monitor the live day — delayed flights, late drivers, changed plans — and act before the customer has to ask
- Keep compliance current, chasing expiring documents before they expire rather than after
- Answer customer and partner questions over WhatsApp, email and phone
- Feed what actually goes wrong back to product, with specifics
What we are looking for
- Experience in transport, logistics, hospitality or another live-operations role
- Calm and exact under time pressure, and good at short written communication
- Comfortable in operational software all day
- Fluent English; Swedish is a strong advantage
- Able to work on-site in Stockholm, including some evening and weekend cover
