Why an airport transfer is different from an ordinary ride

Can I book an airport transfer for someone else?

Bookings cancelled more than 1 hour before the pickup time are refunded in full to the card used to pay. Within the last hour before pickup, and after the pickup time, the booking is non-refundable — a chauffeur is already committed to the journey. The exact refund is shown before you confirm.
