The word has drifted. The four vehicle classes

Every booking is placed against a vehicle class rather than a specific car, which is how a fare can be fixed before a vehicle is assigned. Business Class is the default executive sedan for up to three passengers with two bags. Electric Class is the same capacity in a fully electric sedan. First Class is the flagship sedan — the class to book when the passenger is the point of the journey. Business Van/SUV takes up to five passengers with five bags and is the right answer for groups, families and cruise luggage.

Availability of each class depends on the fleet at your pickup time, and the quote reflects what can actually be sent rather than a catalogue. If the class you want is not offered for a given time, that is the honest answer for that slot, not a prompt to try again.
