Build the thing that has to be there at 06:40.
A flight lands early, a meeting overruns, a driver takes a different bridge. Everything we build exists so the car is still in the right place. If work with a real-world consequence appeals to you, these are the open roles.
- One Market, Done ProperlyStockholm is the only city we operate in.
- Small TeamYour work reaches production, not a backlog.
- Real ConstraintsMoney, time and a passenger waiting.
- Written CultureDecisions are argued in the diff, with reasons.
How We Work
Opinionated about the few things that matter.
We are not precious about tools. We are precious about being able to explain why the code is the way it is.
Comments here say why, and often name the bug that motivated the code. A decision that cannot be written down is a decision that has not been made yet.
We verify on real devices against a clean database, not only in a test suite. A whole onboarding flow once shipped broken with every test passing and every screen rendering, because nobody had walked through it.
Pure business logic stays separate from the code that does IO — a functional core inside an imperative shell — because that is what makes the rules about money and time testable.

We read every application. A short, specific note about the problem you want to work on is worth more than a long CV, and it is the thing we actually remember.
