Two very different design problems sit next to each other here. The customer flow is a premium, low-frequency purchase that has to feel calm and trustworthy in under two minutes. The partner and admin consoles are dense, high-frequency tools someone stares at for a whole shift.

We do not want the same design applied to both. We want someone who can tell the difference.

What you would do

  • Design the customer booking and account experience end to end, dark-first
  • Design the partner portal and admin console as working tools, with density and keyboard use taken seriously
  • Maintain and extend the shared design system rather than drawing one-off screens
  • Test with real users and real vehicles — including chauffeurs, on phones, outdoors
  • Hold the accessibility line: contrast, focus order, target size

What we are looking for

  • A portfolio showing shipped product work, not only concepts
  • Fluent in Figma and in maintaining a component library
  • You can specify interaction and state, not just the happy-path screen
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers in a Tailwind design-token system
  • Professional English, written and spoken

How we hire

  1. 1. Your application. CV plus a short note. We read it; it is not filtered by a keyword matcher.
  2. 2. A conversation. Forty minutes about what you have built and what you want to build.
  3. 3. Real work. A problem from this codebase, discussed together. Not a whiteboard algorithm, and not an unpaid weekend project.
  4. 4. Offer. With the reasoning, in writing.
